| Pam ("Mom") has over thirty years of decorating experience. After taking early retirement from a major candy manufacturer (think Kisses!), she began devoting more time to the art. In addition to teaching beginner classes locally, she also has developed her own skills by enrolling in advanced courses offered through the Confectionary Artists of Arkansas. Lori ("Me") is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and the mother of two very active daughters. She has years of experience watching Mom decorate cakes, but only gained a personal interest in the art in 2001. Her cakes won "Best of Show" at the Mid-South Fair in 2001 and 2002. Lori especially enjoys working with fondant and gum paste. |
